We settle funds on a **T+2** schedule. This means if you sell a ticket on **Monday**, the funds will be sent to your bank on **Wednesday**.
Note: Weekends and Nigerian Public Holidays are not business days. Transactions from Friday will be settled on Tuesday.
You must provide a valid **NUBAN (Nigerian Uniform Bank Account Number)** account. We verify the account name against your profile name to prevent fraud.
The minimum payout amount is ₦1,000. If your balance is lower, it will roll over to the next settlement period until the threshold is met.
If a payout fails due to bank network issues (common with NIBSS), we will automatically retry the next business day. You do not need to contact support unless it fails 3 times in a row.
